@charlesdanaa8514 AS AN OAP I AM PLEASED TO THE OAP'S WITH TWO CARS, 3 HOLIDAYS EVERY YEAR AND NO MORTGAGE TO PAY NOT GET THE £300. BUT ALL THE NEEDY OAP'S WILL STILL GET THE £300! WHAT IS THE ISSUE.

@charlesdanaa8514 I'm a Northern guy and know plenty of OAP's that go to Spain and beyond FOR THE WINTER MONTHS! Two cars are common (his and hers) we have two cars and doing OK thanks. The picture the tory / reform losers are painting is of the 1950's when OAP's were POOR. WE GET £830 APPROX EACH EVERY MONTH - HOUSE AND TWO CARS PAID FOR AND WE STILL SUBSIDISE OUR GROWN UP KIDS.

@evelynhillier2877 oK....but those that need help GET IT...PENSION CREDIT IS THERE FOR ALL THAT NEED IT BUT I / WE DON'T WITH TWO TIMES FULL PENSIONS A £400 RISE EVERY YEAR...4 PRIVATE PENSIONS AND HOUSE AND TWO CARS PAID FOR SO WE DON'T NEED IT AND OUR SITUATION IS NOT UNCOMMON.....EVERYBODY I KNOW DO NOT NEED WINTER FUEL PENSION.....BUT LABOUR PEOPLE NOT BOTHERED BUT THE TORIES ARE MOANING - FROM THEIR HOLIDAY HOMES......KEEP IT REAL....MERRY CHRISTMAS!

@charlesdanaa8514 Oh dear...EVERYTHING you quote is the fault of the tories. I hate the tory parasites yet many working class folk are supporting the reform fascists. Farage was thrown out of Brussels by the European anti Fascist league! @charlesdanaa8514 THEY have started by doing more in 4 months than the right wing tories and the tories on speed reform (same thing but a lot worse). Banned zero hour contracts and no fault evictions, banned fire and hire jobs, balanced the tax burden by closing tax evasion loopholes by the rich who want the PAYE workers to burden the tory taxes. Sorted the NHS OUT FIRST THING THAT THE TORIES IGNORED, AND MANY MORE THINGS IF YOU CARE TO LOOK. SADLY THE MEDIA IS CONTROLLED BY TORIES SO MAINLY RIGHT WING PROPAGANDA IS HIGHLIGHTED BUT (IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE UK) YOU'LL LOOK DEEPER.

Facilitating people-smuggling is not technically illegal in Germany currently, if it is to a third country outside the EU - which, following Brexit, includes the UK. Under the new agreement, the Home Office says Germany has pledged to make the activity a clear criminal offence.
