  32. Getting a fitbit as a birthday gift was the best thing that happened to me diet wise. There are tons of cheap off brands too. It logs your heart rate and steps to get an estimated calorie burn. I simply log everything I eat into the app and it shows me if I'm below, at, or over my allotted calorie intake for each day according to my deficit goal. It does ALL the math and guesswork for me.   48. It's not that hard to do. The technology has been there for a long time, 13+ years with Blender that I know for fact. It's called soft bodies. of course you couldn't have 100 nak-ed models with a texture appearing to be clothing doing this all in the same view. It's not preformat, is the only reason you don't see it a lot more often.
