  1. Seems like with owning an animal rescue business, he would have the legal work done to be allowed to keep them. I know in my state, it's hard to get one person to come and get a wild animal. They will even look at it and determine if it shows signs first. The baby raccoon would 100% NOT had rabies. It is only affective to older animals. Horrible corrupt place NY is...I hope these people find justice...
