  4. I'd say it's entirely a skit. If real he would have been telling her to put her phone down and making her get out much sooner because of it. She didn't object as if she was hungry expecting to eat a meal. I would be annoyed myself If I didn't eat dinner expecting to go out and the plans change to a non-food place.
