  1.  @barbdwyer22  Yeah you're right. People are reading it all wrong. Yeah the program is discrimination, but it's not them hiring women, it's getting them experience in the industry, so they have more women with skills in the industry. I am a woman in the industry and I have noticed for 2 decades people complaining that its a 10:1 male to female ratio. I say who cares! I like being rare. I like standing out. But now I'll be over looked because of the market pushing gender over skills... Good thing I just make art for indie games personally.
