  1.  @SethiozProject  This happens at almost every business. That's what evaluations are for...maybe you never held a job, or seen the employee rights posts posted in plain view at every business. He retaliated, which is against the worker's rights stated right on those posters. That got him investigated by the BBB or similar organization and they determined he owed 40k more to the rest of his former employees. This guy is only a victim to himself!

  2. Ok so if you ever worked anywhere, there are posters stating employee rights. All you have to do is call the toll free number right on the poster. Reporting employers violating your worker's rights is of no cost to you. It does not take an attorney.

  6. That's obvious in the name "luxury car repair". You know you will be over charged by default. It's not exactly an unknown thing for these shops and car lots. MOST people have the common sense to shop around and not fall for these crooks.
