  3. I know this is old but this makes me happy that I do this when I babysit my 1 year old nephew so that he will go to sleep at bedtime. I get him to run, play, scream, giggle until he's huffing and puffing. Then give him a nice warm bottle and rock him. Out like a light! His parents just make him go to sleep when it's that time.
