  4. Just a little glass of soda is great with a burger, or pizza. It cuts the oily heaviness of it. I drink mostly plain water, but I can't do it with most meals unless its a salad.

He was talking about terrible feral gold diggers, that's all. There was NO crime in chatting about something. There MAY have been a crime for recording him secretly though. That's usually a felony to record a phonecall and such without permission.
