This is why it's so painful to have a programmer explain anything to you. They tell you Z but not A-Z....absolutely no ability to explain to absolute beginners...

People in here are correct. You cannot assume you are bad at art because it looks bad. You were probably correct to assume you are above average because you saw yourself progressing and you enjoyed the process. People that fail at something do not have fun at it and eventually quit, while people that have fun on their skill building journey become good at it because naturally they keep going.

@oysteinsoreide4323 Yeah it takes a little bit of time and patience. I never assume a programmer knows the 3d Art stuff I try to communicate them lol. Though I feel it should be common sense to not throw abbreviations and stuff at someone that wants to know how to get started. Even worse when they are like, "why didn't you google it first!" Then you're like, "maybe I did, maybe I want to IM about it with a real person with real skills in the subject". So toxic :D
