@philprof Because it's not just a word, it is the name of something, ie a 'proper noun'... and when it is that then there is always a set pronunciation, which a culturally sensitive person would always want to respect.

Inspiring stuff... should be on every school curriculum. And a reminder to us now... the establishment never gives in to peaceful protest... they always force us to take it to the extreme for our rights, just like they are doing in Portland right now.

@happypt2929 I was going to treat your moronic comment with all the respect it deserved, but then I thought that perhaps a young person would read it and not be able to parse your reprehensibly disingenuous comment for what it was.
