  1. Towns 'dying' due to a closure is not an argument against closure. This happens all the time, and alternatives to nuclear employ just as many people.

  2.  @DousedInPiss  Renewables are cheaper both short term and long term... especially when you actually factor in waste disposal, which always conveniently gets ignored with all discussion around nuclear.
