  1. Agreed. I used to be very pro public services. But now I think they have the same inherent problem as private capital... power gets concentrated into the hands of the few. Really, soialism and capitalism are the two sides of the same coin, and flipping the coin every eight years is not solving the problem.

  3. Because the system is so corrupted. Politicians are legally allowed to take money from corporations [inc. pharma, miltary and oil] and organisations [NRA]. In any other country this would be seen as what it is: bribery. That's why the country needs to put progressives into power, now.
