  1. Use FiveThirtyEight's list and have a primary every three days, one after another, working down that list. (Three day gaps, give people time to consider outcomes and for candidates to get to the new state and do some campaigning, but any longer would drag the process out.) No state should be at the same time as another's, because then some state don't get the chance to see or to know the candidate, and likewise the candidate can't spend some time there.
