I was in the Greens for years, [was the local secretary and the PA for a council member.] There is a war within the party at the moment between the old 60's middle class hippies and the young people taking it toward a Social Justice party. I was mainly frustrated though at their failure to get behind a clear economic format, without which you can never be taken seriously. I also didn't like their use of Labour's electioneering tactics [they literally followed the Labour guidebooks], which to me indicated a failure to realise their true voter base lied with the people who don't normally vote... the biggest demographic of them all.

@garethtatler6886 Commoning or communalism, is an economic system that relies on neither the Market nor the State... but favours universally-funded collectives for essential services and cooperatives for non-essentials [which could be for profit]. It's an economic model that would tie in nicely with municipalism as a political structure.
