  1. A few key points about Sweden: firstly, the people aren't idiots - they physically distanced, they wore masks and washed their hands. They also btw, right-wingers, have a public healthcare system that was able to handle the numbers. But importantly, whilst it was bad a mistake, it was not one made due to govt inaction, it was a proactive decision at the advise of medical professionals in the country. The UKs numbers were just as bad, and they're an island.

  2. Not sure where you're getting your stats from. Sweden's death rate per million is 0.17 and the US rate is 1.64.
