I mean, I take your point that the education system is bad, but as a teacher I'd like to push back on this presumption that it's our fault, or that frankly education is the only answer. It's part of it for sure. But there are many other factors in play.

Honestly, I wouldn't waste time trying to... The vast majority will stay in it until it collapses, which it inevitably will. i was born into a cult and went through hell getting out of it as an adult, and still have an extremely strained relationship with my family. I couldn't even get them to understand that I what I believe in is even valid.

@sekhmara8590 When people say 'education, that is read by the majority as teacher's failure. And it just piles in on the endless demonisation. It's about being aware of the political discourse that permeates.

When it is in ME who constantly extends the olive branch, and THEM who constantly reject it. It is ME who avoids talking about matters that upset them, and THEM who keep trying to impose their ideology.
