  1. I'm in the UK and find the plugs cumbersome and unnecessarily over-engineered. The whole 'not allowed in the bathroom' thing is moronic, it just means people run extension cords into the bathrooms, which is way more dangerous. But the thing that really sucks here is not the electrics, it's the plumbing... don't even go there.
