  2. Check history books and the historical record. "Monuments men" will spell out some of what was done to return Nazi loot. There is still a huge vault full of items available to rightful heirs.

  3. There would be very few if any war trophy weapons in private hands in Russia now. The Red Army and Soviet state did bring back large numbers of all kinds of captured weapons for both evaluation and to stockpile for use. Rumors suggest that several of those stockpiles still exist, under lock and key.

They were plenty happy to help raise money and supplies for the Nazi's and still have not made sufficient efforts to restore looted art and money taken by the Nazis. Plus hiding behind their "banking secrecy" doctrine to avoid paying wartime deposits back to legitimate and rightful heirs. Just because the Swiss helped with diplomatic work between all sides is not sufficient to cover the fact they helped the Nazis financially, while screwing over the noncombatant customers of their banks and financial institutions. The Swiss were not fighting for survival, and they were happy to allow pre war German firms hide arms development in their country ( Styer Solothurn ).
