  1. That's correct. Burisma WILL be investigated and if Hunter fails to sing he will have committed a new crime not covered by his pardon.

  2. Burisma can still be investigated, and once a person receives a pardon they can no longer claim the 5th when called on in the investigation. If Hunter Biden THEN refuses to cooperate, that would be a new crime NOT included in the pardon.
