There's only one thing anyone needs to know. There was NO CRIME involved here. If there was a CRIME, then there would have been CRIMINAL CHARGES and it would have been tried in a CRIMINAL COURT. But no, only "civil" charges were brought, which is basically one person or entity against another, and it was tried in a CIVIL court. NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED except by the DA and the judge who should both be put away for life.
