  1.  @Maryland_Kulak  I agree with this. Tiny houses or apartments are simply allowing the government to implement policies that destroy home ownership and use that to push everyone into slums. If we had open bay barracks, which back in the day, were used for post WW2 recently arrived immigrants in many places, most homeless wouldn't want to stay there permanently. And from there, addicts and the mentally ill could be identified and moved to appropriate barracks where treatment is available.

  2. I'll add to my comment, that for those in the barracks, there should be forms of assistance to help them get back into society.
