  11. The bond has to be filed by whoever lodges the complaint. These murderers and rapists and pdf files are not lodging the complaints, the dems are. Edited to add: If the Democrats want to lodge complaints on behalf of terrorists, then they need to lodge the bonds on their behalf as well.

President Trump put out an Executive Order a couple of weeks back confirming that the US government will not respond to lower court injunctions unless a bond is posted by the plaintiff that will cover 100% of the US Government's potential costs if that order should that order be overturned. This is in complete compliance with long-existing US statutes.
