  4. Many parents are fearful of having the state remove their child. That is the policy in Australia and Canada and probably other places. By all means, of the parents push it, arrest them and jail them, but also every other person in the process.

  5.  @barryb2704  A father in Canada was arrested and then jailed because he used the word "daughter" when speaking about his young daughter.
