  1.  @Checking_It_Out  The only organ they can take from a dead body is the cornea. Other than that, they need you alive at the time the organs are removed. They provide a paralytic so you can't scream in agony, although you are going to feel the whole thing. The "brain death" thing is a huge con job they use to convince people to let their family members die so they can have the organs.
