  1. The reason paralytics are given is that you CANNOT REMOVE ORGANS FROM A DEAD BODY (except for corneas). They need the person to be still ALIVE when they remove the organs. Some doctors have been trying to blow the whistle about this for so many years. They remove the organs, without anesthesia, but with the paralytic given, everyone treats them like they're already dead. They are not. They are feeling EVERYTHING.
