The failure of Americans to learn languages is entirely at the feet of the corrupt educational establishment I believe people can get better at learning, but that doesn’t mean that everyone is equal at learning, or can equally improve their ability to learn. Weight training can make almost anyone stronger, but not everyone has the same capacity for strength, or for improvement in strength
