@frocat5163 It’s not clear that Rosales signaled his lane change to get into the left-turn lane. I’m no saying he didn’t, but that could have been why the cop pulled him over

@frocat5163 You can’t even say “admitted”, but only “basically admitted”, because know you’re spewing shit. Your only basis for claiming a racial motive is that the cop is white — you got a mirror? I think the cop was a jerk, snd he was disappointed in not getting an arrest, but he didn’t make a false arrest (or any arrest at all), nor did he make an illegal search. He asked to search the car, was denied, and didn’t search it. There was no damage done to Rosales, even though he was clearly hoping for a basis for a lawsuit and big money.

@robwiljas A 20-minute traffic stop is routine, despite the lie from the IJ shyster. The cop REQUESTED a car search, was denied, and didn’t search — where’s the violation in that? Rosales has a history of baiting cops to pull him over, and suing.

@robwiljas Cops are allowed to investigate . It’s their job. The cop may have had good reason to suspect Rosales of being a drug dealer (or not, I don’t know). Link a traffic stop that results in a ticket that lasts five minutes or less, and I’ll retract my accusation against IJ of being a scam.

The video Durant show if Rosales signaled properly or not, nor does it show if the cop had a reasonable suspicion to investigate or not. A 20-minute traffic stop is very ordinary, and is not in Itself evidence of any wrongdoing.
