Obviously Biden has been diminished since before elected, but when he kept repeating already debunked nonsense publicly, and seemingly delusional about his own popularity etc i started to think they're not even telling HIM the truth anymore. 8:36 they are releasing this all now because lying for four years has been extremely difficult, and it is impossible to provide effective cover anymore. But telling the truth now is inconsequential. They're pretending that they are only just now being made aware of it, so they're reporting it. Trying in vain to appear credible!

If I, as an Englishman living in the UK, whose only interaction with America at ALL is through online information like YouTube etc, could tell from the start that Biden was befuddled, I'm pretty sure those around him, the Democrats and media reporting that they "met him recently and he is extremely high functioning and sharp" knew exactly what was happening. I've never met the guy, or been anywhere near America even, but I'm not a fekking tard! They're all liars and incapable of feeling embarrassed!
