  1. Not to portray myself as a hero, but if i were in the region with the means to go rescue survivors, i would simply ignore any damn red tape bullshittery. If i knew for a fact that nobody is helping because rescuers were waiting on orders that should have already come, screw it. If i could help id go help and the dikheads are welcome to tey arrest me later. See how THAT bureaucracy goes down with the American people. Arrested for saving the lives THEY didn't want to?!
