I mean, his supporters can make all the excuses the want, and pretend he is cogent, and "the best version of Biden ever", play down his incoherence wiith tales of a stutter, but we shouldn't have to literally listen over and over to translate what he says, only to find it is STILL mindless nonsense! Is it too much to ask for a president who can speak full sentences that make sense? Or are even relevant? Its not much to expect, but they defend him like we are being too picky!
