@GeneralBlorp I didn't even notice the thumbnail myself, I just click on the videos uploaded by the channels I subscribe to. Not sure a picture of a bum will do much to draw any extra viewers in! Who hasn't seen a bum before?! But since the topic is the changing shape of gymnasts, what else is he going to use as a thumbnail?

@brandonburns5365 its just another silly overplayed comment. One that had almost died but has been revived for one last performance it seems! It acknowledges the thumbnail and its just a bit of cheeky humor between men. I very much doubt it actually drew any of them in! The internet has a great deal of options for such content, should one feel like looking at a good bum or two!
