  1. What exactly is the disability that prevents the goon from dressing in a shirt and tie? It aint any more difficult than putting on your hoody and shorts. If Stephen Hawking could wear a damn suit, with all his PHYSICAL disabilities, just how screwed is Fetterman? He can get dressed in shorts and hoodies, but not a shirt and tie bizarrely. So just for him, because hes so incapable, the rules are changed......but he is still capable of doing his job?! These Democrats lol. They crack me up! Totally clueless
