Na. It was her bike. He docked it and then scanned it to his account which i think was a sly move. Was she even aware of that? She didn't do what he did. This could have been avoided if not for mummys boy being a jerk. Surrounding that pregnant woman and videoing her etc getting in her face, was bully tactics. They had total contempt for her simply because they bought into that racist crap about white woman tears. They basically said as much. Same with richey. He just WANTED to cast the white person as the oppressor and the poor young black guy and his multiple friends as the oppressed victim. If not for the rhetoric of scum like him, its likely this would have been dealt with more maturely, without the battle of the wills based on divisive ideologies.
