Its kind of unfair to use that one experience (anecdotal) as an example of why traditional living is bad

  2. Men also lose their sense of being an individual whne married. Because that's kind of the point. You're a part of something that includes at least another person, and maybe more with kids. Its not a strictly female thing to give up part of your identity when being in a marriage or relationship! The woman she spoke about getting divorced at 60, because she wanted to "find herself" lol. Sounds like a shitt excuse to me. At 60 year old you have all your spare time to do whatever you want to indulge yourself. A divorce seems unnecessary to accomplish that. People these days think they are entitled to better. Better this better that. "Oh i could have been/done something special if i hadnt got married". What a revolting attitude! Being married and having children was being/doing something special! People should step back sometimes, and be grateful. Instead of wrecking a marriage and family to chase something they feel entitled to, as if they're not really 60 years old, and the world is their oyster all over again!
