Halifax, next door to Bradford, was recently and maybe still is listed as having the most violent crime in Yorkshire. And there is plenty of other types of crime too. Bradford especially, as I'm sure isn't news to anyone. So yes the bozos have plenty of things to be getting on with, but they seemingly don't want to.
