  1. I've been saying this for years. Its not about diversity or equity or including anyone but black people. Including them to a disproportionate extent. Which is astoundingly hypocritical to those of us who can use our brains. Every "diversity officer" I've seen has been a black female too. Rather odd to those of us who function normally. These people bleat on about being treated unfairly, or not being fairly represented on tv or positions of power for example. I mean they're correct, just not in the way they wish to be. They are way over represented. But equality in representation is not what they ever wanted
