  1. If the goal is to reflect all demographics fairly, every job at every company, would be 14 %(ish) black people. No more no less. In ALL areas. But its not,because its bullshit. Its racism and demanding certain people from certain protected groups get preferential treatment, despite suitability and capability, and seemingly only in high power jobs. I dont see feminists and race baiters demanding inclusion in dirty , smelly, foul, dangerous and underpaid jobs. Its a scam. Who the hell do these people think they are. Theres nothing stopping anyone, you make the right choices, you get educated, you work hard, and you might be lucky to do a job you love. Thats it. No special treatment, no putting ill equipped people into jobs they cant do, leaving those that CAN to pick up their slack. I can't wait for this stupid era of woke dumb shit to end. All its doing is destroying everything that was working perfectly. Idiots
