Yea wouldn't it be great if your entire life is reliant on electricity...to the point that you couldn't even cook food if the electric is off for whatever reason. While these idiots are pushing everyone to switch everything to electric (to somehow save the planet) electricity consumption will go through the roof. Considering that the grid would not cope with demand if cars were all switched to electric, i don't think its wise to drive consumption up in every possible way. The possibilities are endless, if you wished to control a population by cutting off their only power source. And they have the perfect excuse for doing so, by cutting the power and saying the stations cant cope and keep failing.
