  1. He has been protected this long and will receive a pardon without even a word of testimony. This way they avoid any damning evidence being revealed to to even cast doubt on the whole charade. There are details which, just being revealed would be devastating to their credibility. Without even a guilty conviction, the details alone would be damning IMO. Same with Hunter. They have avoided shameful details being revealed and we will likely never know.
