  1. People are just way too comfortable and confident in whatever they say or do publicly being accepted by the rest of us. They want to normalize everything ! Especially the different forms of sexuality. I agree there is a difference between someone who thinks the rules don't apply to them, and act on their urges and harms children, and a person who has those attractions but acknowledges how disgusting and wrong it is, and that they have a problem. I understand perhaps they can't help who they are attracted to, but its wrong and we all know it is and there's no excuse to act upon any urge. That IS different to abusers, but i don't care. i don't think it should be normalized or accepted so they are given the encouragement to be open about it. They shouldn't. They should be constantly reminded that it's a bad thing and not acceptable, and keep it to themselves. Shame works and it should stay that way. We know how the slippery slope works and this is one area where we cannot allow it to gain ANY acceptance.
