  2. 7:47 no point in deportation of anyone if we do nothing to stop the inflow first. Not only do we NOT patrol the channel to discourage illegals...or our shores in general, but they actively look for illegals to rescue and bring to our shores. They send out a welcome committee. Our own navy patrols the oceans far and wide, but we can't have any security for our own country? They couldn't at least patrol the poxy English channel? They're just avoiding taking a simple decision because it will be frowned upon by other virtue signalling cun-tries. So what? Unpopular decisions are what a government is for. Stop them coming and deter them at all costs. No financial burden and no danger, and no problem deporting them at a later date. Worry about THAT first
