  1. Jimmy See You haven noticed them talking incessantly about racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc for the last 10 years or so? Air conditioning is sexist. Tipping is a racist tradition. Masculinity is toxic, as is whiteness. Your dog is a white supremacist. Etc.

Jimmy See “Get off to your computer and check out the real world and you will realize very quickly that this is not some sort of media propaganda” My resistance to the narrative is based on “real world” experience and talking to “real people”. In my experience, the racism and sexism go the other way more often than not, but I just chalk it up to those “real people” being *#%^ty people and move on. The “agenda” ppl are referring to isn’t the media’s having acknowledged that these things exist, but rather the media’s insistence that they, by and large, aren’t attitudes held by, or actions taken by, non whites (and women in the case of sexism).
