  12.  @Rl-yj2ny  Last time they held an election the Gazans elected Hamas. Yea, it was 2006, and that matters, but they won w a majority of seats in the legislature. Obviously there is popular support in Gaza. Gazans elected them. Gazans support them. Gazans comply w them. If you saw a rally full of ppl of Slavic appeal, and they were waving Russian flags around chanting things like ‘Glory to Russia’, would you… A. Assume they support the Russian war effort and those administering it, or… B. Assume they were just there supporting the Russian ‘ppl’ during the hardships of war, but totally not supporting the war effort? Does the shaven headed man of Slavic appeal w a social media presence chalked full of Russian flags, pictures from attendance at pro Russia rallies, and Russian war slogans, pass your litmus test for immigration? They are out there waving foreign flags that represent a ppl that, most recently, elected a federally labelled foreign terrorist organization into government w a majority of seats in the legislature. ‘Foreign Terrorist Organization’ is another way of saying ‘Small Foreign Enemy Military Entity’. That elected foreign military entity just attacked an ally, killed about 1.5K of their ppl, and took 200 (ish?) of them hostage. They are the enemy. Gaza elected them. That, unfortunately, makes Gaza the enemy. Non citizens who wave the flag of the enemy, promptly after said enemy carries out a historical massacre against an ally, whilst shouting nationalistic slogans like ‘from the river to the sea’ (look at a map of the region, and then tell me what you think that means…) don’t pass my litmus test for residence, let alone citizenship. Do you think the proff’s remarks would be under such scrutiny were she to have endorsed the deportation of the aforementioned belligerent Russian nationalist? Do you think there would be any confusion regarding what his words and symbols meant and represented?
