@Cryharder-k2d Trades programs have wait lists. Engineering is highly competitive, as are nursing programs, for example. Then there is the inability of most to finance 2-5 years of tuition and living costs while they ‘better themselves’.

@ZenCorvus And the vast majority of land offers little to no economic prospects. I live well outside of the city. Rents are still ridiculous, and there are hardly any vacancies. Affordable homes are scooped up in no time.
