  1. It started before the Liberals. They just cranked it up a notch or two. It began as a Trojan Horse known as the “Temporary” Foreign Worker Program. I worked w a whole lot of those “temporary” workers. Awesome ppl, but not temporary for the vast majority of them, unless returning to the Philippines for retirement counts as temporary.
