  4. They are allowed to sell in AB. Plenty of BC wines in all the stores. You just have to go through AB’s regulator. It isn’t new, and in Canada pesky bureaucracies aren’t exactly rare.

  5.  @Merakis100  No, AB isn’t saying that. AB is saying ‘sell it through the proper channels like everybody else’. I’m not a fan of bureaucracy either, but the law is nothing new, and BC producers can sell their wine in AB the same way everybody else does.

  6. As much as I hate the bureaucracy, this is nothing new. Controlled goods go through the AGLC. Don’t circumvent AB’s laws and you can sell there. Pretty simple.
