  1. Any country that openly lets foreigners buy land is a country that deserves to be conquered. I have two non citizen coworkers (great ppl) who own 4 investment properties. They are cashing out and all that money is leaving the country to buy themselves a beachfront resort in the Philippines. Meanwhile, Canadians are barely getting by.
