@shari9721 I let my dog off its leash all the time. S happens. When my dog has run ins w others it is because somebody else’s off leash dog just comes running up and sticks its snout in my dog’s face and butt. It is risky for all parties involved. Who is at fault if my dog lashes out; the dog that wasn’t ‘trained’ well enough to mind its own space, or the dog that wasn’t ‘trained’ well enough to tolerate a strange dog rushing at it and invading its space? You are making big assumptions about her level of care for her dog and the circumstances of the encounter. Ppl who let their dogs off leash around other dogs sometimes just have to accept that it comes with risks.

@jrvegeeta Never needed to train any of our dogs. Just didn’t abuse them and treated them well. Lots of dogs. No problems. You dog nazis are funny ppl. It is like you hardly have experience w dogs.
