What could go wrong?

Disposable income increased 10.8% when 8 million ppl were looking to gov assistance? The CERB is $2,000/month. What does that say about Canadian incomes and standards of living when $2,000/month replaces incomes and that much $ is freed up? What does it say about many of the ppl getting access to CERB? At double the CERB ($4,000/mo or $48,0000/an) you still weren’t making that much, and now your income is cut in half, so how did disposable income rise 10.8%? Disposable income is $ remaining after essentials. We still had rent. We still had to buy food and pay utilities. Nothing changed on the essentials front. Did the pause in student loan payments have that big an impact? What would that tell us about the state of education costs and/or the value of these ‘educations’.
