@Rhdlm-yo1tv We do own our province and, if we decide to leave, I’d love to see the rest of the country try to stop us. Even Trudeau’s beloved UN recognizes a ppl’s right to self determine.

@Sylvie_M Kneecapping the industry doesn’t fix any of those issues. Just makes Canadians poorer. This isn’t a fix for anything.

@ The problem orphan wells are largely left by entities that no longer exist, and nobody is complaining about requiring existing producers to cap them to avoid further leaky abandoned wells. As for kneecapping, we’ll just have to wait and see. We get these things wrong all the time but, typically, adding regulations doesn’t lead to better competitiveness.
